Past Grants

This initiative takes a different approach to falls prevention, working to identify ways staff can mitigate potential falls before they happen. Project partners will develop an online learning platform to train staff in nursing facilities to address behaviors that can reduce the risk of falls. This program will pilot the training within nine county medical care facilities to test the model and determine healthcare cost savings for the patients and the healthcare organizations.
