Michigan Transportation Connection will develop communication software to allow Upper Peninsula hospitals and medical providers to link directly with the ConnectUP Rides to Wellness non-emergency medical transportation network. This software will maximize the ability of medical providers to access Michigan Transportation Connection’s scheduling software and schedule transportation at the same time appointments are scheduled, leading to more patients keeping their scheduled appointments and resulting in lower instances of no-show appointments.
