This project will optimize the structure and delivery of behavioral health services to children and youth to promote growth, opportunity, and wellness. The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services will identify opportunities for refinement in Medicaid-funded behavioral health services for children, with specific attention to gaps in foster care, child welfare, juvenile justice, behavioral health, and Intermediate School District service systems.
