CATCH Michigan: Expanding Whole Child Wellness Statewide is the second phase of a three-year initiative aimed at expanding the evidence-based CATCH Whole Child Wellness Program to schools across the state, and “cementing” the CATCH coordination model into a school’s practices and environment through the work of collaborative partners and identified CATCH Ambassadors and Guides.
