Area Agency on Aging of Northwest Michigan (AAANM), with the help of TBD Solutions, intends to develop an electronic application to eliminate the paper-based process currently in place for the MI Choice Waiver program. AAANM hopes to streamline the internal operations of the authorization process so that clinical staff spends less time on paperwork, there is less opportunity for error, and the right services are delivered.
