To reduce administrative burden and increase direct client services, Oakland Family Services will incorporate artificial intelligence into is behavioral health services. The project will implement Eleos Health AI software to organize session progress notes, thereby supporting the strained clinical workforce, increasing clients served, and ensuring therapeutic notes and treatment plans are accurate and effective.
