This project will support integration costs of a merger between Kadima and JVS Human Services, including development of a new organization that will provide a broad array of services to thousands of Metro Detroit residents, resulting in a more sustainable and agile organization that is better insulated against economic and social change factors. This funding will specifically support integrating systems, shaping organizational culture, marketing and branding, establishing board governance, and other associated costs. The merger will benefit the community by ensuring delivery of integrated, person‐centered care through seamless coordination, the ability to better address social determinants of health for clients, and the creation of new programming to better support the diverse population of the region.
