To improve sustainability for community health worker services, this project will replace manual claims tracking with an automated electronic billing system connected to Medicaid managed care plans. The new system will also allow Ingham Health Plan to serve as a billing hub for other community organizations, creating a more reliable and efficient payment pathway for health and social service providers.
