Past Grants

This project will aim to increase the use of home and community-based services (HCBS) by disparate populations by analyzing Medicaid data to identify racial or ethnic disparities in the type of services offered to individuals who are receiving services, as well as analyze the demographics of those being served in comparison to the larger population. This is a community-led initiative that will include local organizations connecting with various under-served populations.
