Past Grants

This project will add Race and Ethnicity data to the MDHHS Master Person Index, which links and matches data across multiple MDHHS systems and programs (including Bridges, MiBridges, CHAMPS, and MCIR). This will enrich their data analytics processes across the MDHHS Enterprise, allowing providers to identify underserved populations, and address racial/ethnic health disparities and increase health outcomes.
