Past Grants

Michigan Health Improvement Alliance (MiHIA) will improve its Health Dashboard 4.0, including adding more interactive features, geo-mapping, and communications tools. This website is a critical tool for monitoring progress as MiHIA and THRIVE work toward improving health and reducing costs. MiHIA’s partners, stakeholders, and connected community members will have easier access to information and can better support MiHIA as an organization and throughout the collaborative.
