Past Grants

Michigan State University, in collaboration with regional partners, will engage in a planning process to establish a medical respite/recuperative shelter program for unhoused older adults in the Tri-County area. The key outcome would be a clear plan that provides quality recovery and connection to wraparound services, including housing, healthcare, and social support, with a path for long-term sustainability of the model.
