Past Grants

This proposed project will create a transportation module for myHealthButton and myHealthPortal to enhance the existing Medicaid beneficiary-facing technology, reduce the confusion and burden of accessing transportation benefits, and facilitate more equitable access to needed transportation services for beneficiaries. The roll-out of this transportation module will result in beneficiaries getting to their necessary appointments at a higher rate.
