Through this grant, the Region 3B Area Agency on Aging will implement the National Council on Aging’s Aging Mastery Program® (AMP) in a variety of community-based settings in Southwest Michigan and integrate AMP with healthcare providers in pilot regions. AMP is a comprehensive program that empowers older adults to take actions to enhance their health, financial well-being, social connectedness, and overall quality of life.
