Past Grants

This project will use a multi-modal approach to reduce obesity and related chronic conditions in Lenawee County. ProMedica Bixby Hospital will expand the Veggie Mobile mobile produce market, create new educational modules and partner with organization to increase access existing evidence-based programs, work with convenience stories to stock more healthy food, and partner with the Boys & Girls Club of Lenawee County to improve supplemental meals in schools.
