Past Grants

This grant supports Growing Hope’s participation in a cohort to strengthen their capacity to effectively engage in policy and systems change. Growing Hope will focus efforts on improving food sovereignty within Washtenaw County, including a senior bill of rights, food justice reform, and land use reform.
