Past Grants

Ready for School is requesting support to finalize and launch the KIDfrastructure initiative, a dashboard to evaluate how the local community’s systems, services, and amenities are helping the youngest community members to thrive in the home, school, and neighborhood environments. The dashboard with focus on 16 key indicators (such as the percent of children facing food insecurity or primary care provider ratios) in Ottawa County and is intended to connect the dots between early childhood health, education, and place, with an emphasis on historically marginalized members of their community.
