This initiative will optimize and expand Michigan’s Behavioral Health Home, which provides integrated behavioral and physical health services to Medicaid beneficiaries with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious Emotional Disturbances (SED). The funds will be used to recalibrate the diagnostic focus and operations of the program to better serve and expand access to integrated services to the remainder of the Region 2 PrePaid Inpatient Health Plan (PIHP) community mental health authorities.
