This project will improve health outcomes and parental self-efficacy for children with Type 1 diabetes. The project will pilot a new model of care for Type 1 diabetes that utilizes telemedicine care visits, in-person workshops, peer-to-peer virtual group training, and online resources to empower parents and children.
