Past Grants

In the 2024-2025 school year, KSSN will have 48 Community School Coordinators across 47 schools, focusing on connecting students and families to essential services like Medicaid and food assistance to meet diverse needs and reduce health disparities. To enhance their impact, staff will participate in eight training programs centered on promoting mental health and fostering a supportive workplace culture, with ongoing integration of these insights into organizational practices and metrics tracked through feedback surveys.
