Past Grants

To increase access to Produce Prescription programs in Michigan, this project will help local food retailers and community groups work more easily with Medicaid health plans. It will handle tasks like contracts and billing, offer guidance and training to strengthen programs, and connect partners across the state so more communities can access healthy food.
