This program will help Medicaid participants aged 50 years and older live healthier, more independent lives by increasing access to public benefits that can pay for food, medicine, and housing. Benefits Data Trust, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, and Michigan Association of Health Plans will create tailored roadmaps for Michigan Managed Care Organizations to increase awareness of these programs and assist eligible participants with enrollment.
