The Michigan Aging & Adult Services Agency will improve access and coordination of services with the aim of reducing social isolation among older adults. The program will help older adults use technology to connect to loved ones and attend virtual appointments, implement the CV-19 Checkup tool to help older adults understand their individual risk level related to COVID-19, and create a universal 1-800 number to connect agencies and resources.
