Hope for Aging Caregivers seeks to improve the lives of aging family caregivers of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) by implementing scalable technology in partnership with Hope Trust to leverage a peer-to-peer approach – that coordinates care, yields cost savings, and fosters system change.
