Past Grants

The Kent County Food Policy Council (KCFPC) will engage with Kent County local government bodies to develop a clear roadmap by which the community can address the food inequities that are present. A 2022 Capacity Building grant funding the creation of the Food System that is currently being developed. This grant will fund communications and advertising of the plan, collaboration with local government to accomplish the plans outcomes, and the facilitation of the plan’s adoption in the City of Grand Rapids Master Plan of 2024.
