Past Grants

The initiative will train and increase the number of judges and court clerks who will refer families to Eldercare Coordination. Through this program, a trained eldercare coordinator with prior mediation training and experience leads the family through a conflict resolution process to reframe the problem, putting the needs and wishes of the person receiving care at the center of decision-making.
