Past Grants

This proposal is requesting funds to develop a medical-legal partnership with healthcare facilities; provide education to doctors on end-of-life decisions as well as elder abuse prevention, and evaluate the correlation between resolving legal problems and the improved health of older adults. The main outcome of this project will be the development of medical-legal partnerships with Detroit area healthcare facilities. This would be the first geriatric medical-legal partnership in Michigan.
