Michigan State University and the Inter-Tribal Council of Michigan will adapt and implement the 13 Moons curriculum, an indigenous health education curriculum developed to increase engagement with traditional Indigenous foods, for use in tribal home visiting programs. The curriculum will be grounded in Tribal-Participatory Research and will utilize PhotoVoice to guide adaptations that support activities appropriate for families with young children and regional differences in planting and harvesting seasons.
