Past Grants

This grant supports the Black Mothers’ Breastfeeding Association’s pre-application work for the HealthConnect One’s Community-based Doula Accreditation Program. This work will increase fidelity to HealthConnect One’s evidence-based, community-based doula model and directly address priorities in Michigan’s Infant Mortality Reduction Plan, including preterm birth, low birth rates, breastfeeding rates, and infant mortality.
