Past Grants

This project aims to establish a centering pregnancy-group prenatal care (CP-GPNC) model in rural communities to provide an underserved population with care that engages patients in their prenatal and postpartum healthcare. The model will allow patients to receive a better health education and a greater amount of time spent with their provider and women of similar gestation.
