Past Grants

The Hannan Foundation will launch a pilot program to provide access to care coordination services for working caregivers who support older adults in order to improve the caregiver’s work/life balance and reduce disruption to the caregiver’s career. The pilot program will focus on caregivers serving people with dementia and/or Alzheimer’s disease because of their higher risk for emotional, physical and financial stresses.
