This project will support the planning and engineering design of upgrades to the 37-mile Polly Ann Trail, a non-motorized pathway connecting underserved rural communities in Lapeer and northeastern Oakland Counties. By addressing unsafe crossings and improving trail surfaces, the initiative will enhance year-round access to safe walking and biking – promoting sustainable physical activity and positioning the region for future construction funding.
