Past Grants

To improve access to care in Grand Rapids’ Boston Square neighborhood, this project will design three new parks and a 0.75-mile trail that connect residents directly to health care, wellness programs, and community resources. Guided by resident input, the plan will create safe routes to essential services while also increasing opportunities for sustainable physical activity and social connection.
