Past Grants

This project will support opening Birth Detroit’s first neighborhood Easy Access Clinic, co-located with other maternal-child health services in Brilliant Detroit’s Fitzgerald House in northwest Detroit. As part of the JJ Way evidence-based model of maternal health care, the Easy Access Clinic will make perinatal care, childbirth education, supportive services, and referrals available to families right in their neighborhood.
