To improve healthy food access for low-income Michiganders, particularly those with chronic health conditions, this project will strengthen and expand the Food Club model, which offers member-based grocery-style markets with affordable, nutritious food. It will help the Food Club Network become an independent entity, provide resources and technical assistance to new and existing sites, and grow health care partnerships that link food access with better health outcomes.
