Past Grants

In northwest Detroit, a new Health Hub will be launched at Henry Ford High School to address barriers like poverty, unstable housing, and limited access to health care. Families will receive medical care, behavioral health counseling, dental services, and food assistance, coordinated by locally hired staff who ensure services are culturally responsive and community-informed.
