Past Grants

To re-establish respite care for individuals with cognitive decline and their caregivers in an underserved community, Milan Seniors for Healthy Living will implement a community-based drop-in respite program. The initiative, supported by strong community partnerships and best practices from Dementia Friendly Saline, aims to provide therapeutic services, educational resources, and volunteer training, with the goal of serving older adults and caregivers.
