The Detroit Water Fund provides relief for Detroit residents with overdue water bills who need financial assistance to avoid water shutoff. This grant will help individuals manage their water bills. Project H2O Flood Clean Up will assist low-income residents affected by recent flooding with debris clean-up and cleaning services to disinfect walls and flooring.
