Feeding America West Michigan is requesting support to work with Harris Insights, a global decision intelligence company that has worked with many food banks across the country, to complete a brand health study. This study will assess differing patterns of brand health and engagement across the four geographic regions served by the food bank (West Michigan, Southwest Michigan, Northwest Michigan, and the Upper Peninsula) as well as Kent County specifically. The food bank expects this process to lead to improvements in the health of its brand to drive increases in donations, volunteer hours, advocacy, and digital engagement, all of which will expand its capacity to act as the foremost leader in fighting hunger throughout its service area.
