Past Grants

This project pilots an innovative eviction prevention approach for older adults in subsidized housing complexes in Wayne County, drawing from successful strategies and collaborations. The program offers training, mediation, and tenant services to prevent and address eviction cases, aiming to set a replicable model for preventing evictions across the state and potentially nationally, especially in the wake of increased eviction concerns due to COVID-19.
