Past Grants

SameAddress, a program of the Area Agency on Aging 1-B, is a scalable, self-sustaining social enterprise designed to help seniors with the ability to pay for services age in place, while generating revenue to help reduce waiting lists for low income seniors who require assistance staying at home. Through this grant, SameAddress will add new, condition-specific service bundles to help seniors with common but difficult to manage chronic health needs.
