Past Grants

The M&M Area Community Foundation will address two high-priority needs identified in community surveys. The M&M Area Community Foundation will improve access to healthy food for children by piloting a backpack program for children at two sites. Further, the foundation will work with the Community Action Agency and local stakeholders to expand transportation options for older adults to medical offices, benefits offices, and grocery stores.
