Past Grants

The Michigan Primary Care Association (MPCA) and the Michigan Association for Local Public Health (MALPH) will receive $500,000 each to improve COVID-19 vaccine outreach to vulnerable populations. MPCA and MALPH will allocate grant funding to local community-based organizations, filling crucial gaps in vaccine access through organizations with longstanding relationships with hard-to-reach populations.
