Feeding America West Michigan will partner with Upper Peninsula Health Care Solutions to determine ways to address food security and access to healthcare in the Upper Peninsula. The project team will explore issues around collaboration, potential models, and the impact of integrating healthcare and food access, and will present findings at a stakeholder meeting before preparing a final report.
