Past Grants

This proposed initiative creates a comprehensive, collected analysis of events, programs, and preventative efforts aimed at reducing infant mortality within the City of Detroit, Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties in 2019 and in the years preceding, with the goals of garnering insight into actions that can be taken to sustain and further health gains and inform decision-making within systems and policy.
