The proposed program will develop a psychological intervention for pain management to address unmanaged chronic pain among seniors. It will first be launched in the Academic Internal Medicine (AIM) Primary Care Clinic at Henry Ford Health Systems. All patients aged 55 years and over will be routinely screened upon arrival to their primary care appointment.
