Past Grants

The Western U.P. Planning and Development Region will conduct a feasibility study to expand the 10 Cents a Meal program to the Western U.P. 10 Cents a Meal is a state program that provides schools and early childhood education centers with matching funding to purchase and serve Michigan-grown fruits, vegetables, and legumes. The project will use PhotoVoice to facilitate evaluation and encourage community members to share the importance of local food in their communities.
