Past Grants

This project is the “phase 2” of a 2019 SPEI project and is intended to provide support for successful implementation of the Achieving Birth Equity through Systems Transformation (ABEST) plans in Berrien County and select tribal communities as well as to create the materials and framework for subsequent collaborative plans to achieve improved maternal and infant health and equity throughout the state.
